My nutritional therapy practitioner training combined with my years of travel experience gives unique perspective on providing specialized support for people who are frequently away from their home-base, whether that's for business travelers spending half their nights in hotels or road warriors who spend months at a time exploring the country.

Through client-led coaching, we'll discuss your current diet, movement, sleep, and stress levels. We'll discuss how you're feeling currently and where you'd like to improve, then together we'll create goals and an actionable plan and will meet regularly to track your progress and set new goals as needed.
